Our client a well-established trusts and corporate services provider is seeking an experienced Client Relationship Manager to join their Limassol office. This is an excellent opportunity for a corporate services professional to manage a varied portfolio of trust and company structures while acting as a trusted point of contact for an international client base.
The Role -
As Client Relationship Manager you will be the primary contact for clients whose structures are administered by the firm building and maintaining strong relationships with clients settlors beneficiaries and their advisors.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Managing a portfolio of trusts and companies administered by the Cyprus office.
Handling administrative tasks relating to trust and corporate structures including opening bank accounts preparing and executing payments and drafting minutes resolutions and other trust and company documentation.
Completing reports and filings with the relevant authorities accurately and on time.
Managing all dealings with the Cyprus Registrar of Companies including online preparation and submission of company requirements from incorporation through to closure.
Maintaining and updating company records both in physical files and in-house systems/software.
Liaising with external parties for applications registrations and audits as required.
Working closely with internal departments and wider group teams including business development accounting client accounts and compliance to deliver a seamless professional service.
Monitoring structures to ensure ongoing compliance with internal procedures and policies.
Liaising with internal and external legal advisors on contracts and agreements.
Recording chargeable and non-chargeable time against client matters.
About You -
Minimum 4 years experience in an equivalent corporate / client services / administration role.
Proven client relations skills with a track record of building and maintaining strong trusted client relationships.
Demonstrable experience independently managing your own portfolio of clients.
Strong knowledge of the filings and processes required with the Cyprus Registrar of Companies.
Strong understanding of Compliance and KYC requirements.
Professional level of written and spoken English and Greek with excellent communication skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook Word Excel).
Excellent time management accuracy and attention to detail.
A strong team player with good people skills and the ability to work harmoniously within a diverse team.
Able to multi-task work under pressure and adapt with flexibility.
