Job Description:

Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopaedics business to establish a standalone orthopaedics company operating as DePuy Synthes. The process of the planned separation is anticipated to be completed within 18 to 24 months subject to legal requirements including consultation with works councils and other employee representative bodies as may be required regulatory approvals and other customary conditions and approvals. DePuy Synthes is recruiting for a RM&C NAM/LATAMlocatedin Bogotá Colombia

The RM&C NAM/LATAM roleis responsible forleading and executing risk management and compliance activities across North America and Latin America in support of DePuy Synthes businessobjectives. This role partners closely with regional and global stakeholders toidentify assess and mitigate compliance and business risks while strengthening a culture of integrity accountability and ethical conduct. The position plays a critical role in protecting patients customers and the company while enabling sustainable growth across the region.

Key Responsibilities

Lead regional risk management and compliance activities across NAM and LATAM ensuring alignment with global policies and regulatory requirements.

Identify assess andmonitorkey compliance and business risks and develop mitigation strategies in partnership with business leaders.

Support implementation and oversight of compliance programs including policy deployment training and monitoring activities.

Advise business stakeholders oncomplianceconsiderations related to commercial activities thirdparty relationships and operational decisions.

Oversee and support investigations audits and risk assessments ensuringtimelyremediation and documentation.

Monitor regulatory developments and emerging risksimpactingNAM and LATAM markets and assess potential businessimpact.

Prepare and deliver risk and compliance reporting to regional and global leadership.

Promote a strong culture of compliance by modeling Johnson & Johnsons Credo and Leadership Imperatives.

Qualifications

Education

Bachelors degreein Business Finance Law Compliance Risk Management ora relatedfield.

Masters degree or professional certification preferred.

Experience and Skills

Required:

Typically requires 4-6 years of experience in risk management compliance audit ora relatedfunction within a regulated industry.

Strong knowledge of compliance frameworks internal controls and risk management principles.

Experience partnering with crossfunctional and regional stakeholders.

Ability to assess complex risk scenarios and recommend practical mitigation strategies.

Preferred:

Experience supporting NAM and/or LATAM regions.

Background in MedTech healthcare life sciences or another highly regulated industry.

Experience with internal audits regulatory inspections or compliance investigations.

Familiarity with thirdparty risk management and commercial compliance topics.

Strong analytical communication and stakeholdermanagement skills.

Other:

Language:Fluent Spanish; strong Englishproficiency.

Travel:Up to 20% regional and occasional international.

Certifications:Compliance risk or audit certifications (e.g. CCEP CRMA CIA)preferred.
