We are seeking a highly polished proactive and articulate Membership Experience Lead to own the entire member journeyfrom initial intake through long-term this role you will serve as the primary face of our brand and the bridge between high-net-worth members and our clinical team. You will lead live onboarding calls manage high-touch communications anticipate member needs and help build seamless operational systems for a rapidly scaling concierge medical practice.
This individual will be responsible for delivering an extraordinary white-glove experience maintaining complete ownership of member communication and optimizing operational workflows.
The ideal candidate thrives in an autonomous fast-paced environment and will handle the following:
- Member Onboarding & Live Calls: Lead structured professional onboarding video calls with new members. Guide them through next steps answer questions with warmth and confidence and build immediate trust.
- Member Intake & Sales Support: Assist prospective members moving through the enrollment process coordinating intake logistics and supporting practice leadership during initial consultations.
- Ongoing Relationship Management: Serve as the main point of contact across email and internal communication channels. Monitor shared inboxes ensure rapid response times and resolve member inquiries proactively.
- Care Coordination & Milestones: Schedule and track quarterly care milestones coordinate follow-ups between physicians and members and ensure care plans move forward seamlessly.
- Operational Coordination: Partner with founders to streamline internal systems enforce operational consistency and eliminate administrative friction as the practice grows.
- Special Growth Projects: Identify opportunities to improve member retention contribute to strategic partnership initiatives and refine existing onboarding and support workflows.
- Experience: 25 years in a high-touch client-facing role (e.g. concierge medicine private healthcare patient care coordination luxury hospitality or executive client services).
- Communication Skills: Near-native spoken and written English fluency with outstanding verbal presentation skills and comfort leading video calls independently.
- High EQ & Client Standard: Proven track record of interacting with affluent high-expectation or executive-level clientele with emotional intelligence discretion and polish.
- Startup Mindset: Self-starter who embraces ambiguity takes initiative without waiting for step-by-step instructions and excels in a fast-moving remote environment.
- Location & Hours: Based in Latin America (Colombia strongly preferred) with full availability during U.S. business hours.
