We are hiring a Clinical Operations Manager to support a growing behavioral health organization.
This is a role for someone who can step into a fast-moving environment identify operational gaps and improve systems without waiting for direction.
You will work across intake scheduling recruiting onboarding credentialing and compliance helping leadership improve operational performance and build scalable systems.
This is not a task-following role. You are expected to think critically make decisions and move work forward independently.
What Youll Be Responsible For
- Identify inefficiencies across operational workflows and implement practical solutions
- Improve intake onboarding scheduling and operational coordination processes
- Support recruiting workflows for clinical staff including hiring coordination
- Maintain visibility across credentialing licensing and compliance tracking
- Bring structure to areas where processes are inconsistent or unclear
What Success Looks Like
- Operational bottlenecks are proactively identified and resolved
- Intake and scheduling workflows run smoothly without escalation
- Processes become more efficient and scalable
- Leadership can rely on you without constant follow-up
What Were Looking For
- Experience in behavioral health ABA healthcare operations or multi-function service operations
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal direction
- Strong systems-thinking and problem-solving ability
- Excellent organization follow-through and execution
