Workforce PlanningResource Coordinator
Job Summary
The Workforce Planning/Resource Coordinator will be responsible for the following job duties:
- Provide day-to-day talent management support to the Manager and assigned project leadership.
- Coordinate partner candidate CV submissions to approved roles interview scheduling onboarding documentation and orientation for new team members.
- Maintain accurate and confidential HR records for project staff in accordance with corporate and legal requirements.
- Assist with tracking training certifications and mandatory orientations.
- Support preparation of HR-related reports and metrics for the assigned project(s). Skill gap identification and resource plan tracking.
Qualifications :
The successful candidate will demonstrate the following combination of skills and experience:
- College diploma or degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in related HR or Workforce Planning/Resource Planning preferably supporting project-based or construction environments.
- Experience with HRIS systems onboarding and maintaining personnel records.
- Initiative and willingness to engage in a hands-on environment are essential.
- Ability to travel to project sites across the GTHA is essential.
