Job Summary

Job Title: TOSCA Test Lead/Engineer

Location: Remote EST Hours (Toronto ON)

Experience: 8 years

Contract: 12 Months

Required Skills & Experience:

Years of Experience Required: 7 years
Own and drive E2E test strategy across UI applications APIs and backend systems
Act as the central QE/Test Lead coordinating across multiple teams (UI API backend integration)
Lead test planning execution and coordination for releases and major program increments
Drive TOSCA-based automation strategy for both UI workflows and API validations
Ensure end-to-end validation of business flows integrations and system dependencies
Coordinate test data environments test cycles and release readiness
Oversee functional integration system and UAT testing phases
Validate UI user journeys API contracts and backend processing logic
Manage defect triage prioritization and cross-team resolution
Track and report quality metrics risks and release status to stakeholders
Drive environment and dependency readiness across upstream/downstream systems
Ensure seamless integration of testing into CI/CD pipelines
Ability to work Pacific Time business hours
