Job Summary
We are seeking a hardworking reliable and safety-conscious Industrial Services (IS) Laborer to join our this role you will perform a variety of hands-on physically demanding tasks in industrial environments including chemical plants refineries and manufacturing facilities. You will operate specialized cleaning equipment handle industrial waste and assist with site

Key Responsibilities
Your day-to-day tasks will include but are not limited to:
Industrial Cleaning: Operate high-pressure water blasting equipment (hydro-blasting) industrial vacuums and chemical cleaning tools to clean tanks vessels pipes and machinery.
Site Maintenance: Perform general manual labour including shoveling sweeping rigging and moving heavy materials or equipment.
Waste Handling: Assist in the safe containment loading transport and disposal of hazardous and non-hazardous industrial waste.
Safety Compliance: Strictly follow all company client and company safety regulations. Participate in daily safety meetings (toolbox talks) and correctly use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) including respirators and hazmat suits when required.
Confined Space Work: Safely enter and work in confined spaces (such as storage tanks and silos) following strict permit protocols.
Equipment Care: Perform basic inspection cleaning and maintenance on tools and equipment to ensure they are in safe working order.
Knowledge Skills and Key Competencies:
Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
Experience: 2 year(s) of experience in industrial cleaning construction oil and gas or a similar heavy labor environment. (Will train the right candidate).
Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly stand/walk for long periods climb ladders and work in cramped elevated or confined spaces.
Environmental Adaptability: Ability to work in various weather conditions (heat cold rain) and wear heavy protective gear/respirators (clean shaven).
Availability: Flexibility to work overtime night shifts weekends and travel to various job sites as needed.
Logistics: Must possess a valid Drivers License and reliable transportation. Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen background check and security clearance.
Preferred (Nice-to-Have):
Valid safety certifications (e.g. Confined Space Entry Working at Height First Aid/CPR).
Experience operating hydro-blasting equipment (10k40k PSI) vacuum trucks and hydro excavation units.
