What to Expect:
In this role you will be responsible for delivering and coordinating learning and training programmes within the factory gathering data and maintaining robust training systems.
A day in the life:
- Coordinate deliver and evaluate training and development activities to support factory operations and continuous improvement.
- Manage training needs analysis local training plans and maintain the training database.
- Develop training materials facilitate sessions and provide coaching on training-related matters.
- Support HR projects participate in performance management initiatives and provide backup for site payroll as needed.
- Support site safety initiatives and other duties / projects as assigned.
Role Requirements
- Degree or diploma in HR or relevant certifications such as Certified Training and Development Professional (CTDP) or other recognized credentials.
- Experience coordinating learning and training events with knowledge of instructional design and blended learning best practices.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; proficient in Outlook Word and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical problem-solving decision-making and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and flexibility.
- Excellent communication presentation writing and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated facilitation project management and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Skills
- Experience within a manufacturing setting
- Experience with Total Performance Management/ LEAN
- Experience with Kronos
