Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced AEM Technical Lead to lead the development team own project deliverables and drive successful sprint execution. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) content delivery integrations and multi-site implementations with experience supporting multiple brand websites using a common AEM codebase.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the AEM development team and take ownership of project deliverables and sprint goals.
- Develop and maintain AEM Components Templates Experience Fragments and Content Fragments.
- Implement GraphQL queries and Query Builder for content delivery.
- Develop and maintain OSGi Services and Sling Models.
- Integrate third-party APIs and services with AEM.
- Configure and manage Dispatcher rules and CDN settings.
- Implement AEM Style Systems and support reskinning across multiple brand websites.
- Support multiple projects using a common AEM codebase with brand-specific customizations.
- Manage Cloud Manager pipelines user permissions and environment configurations.
- Implement and support AEM Multi-Site Manager (MSM) solutions.
- Work with WAF/CDN technologies such as Imperva or similar platforms.
- Support Headless AEM and React-based front-end applications.
- Analyze Lighthouse and Siteimprove reports to improve website performance and accessibility.
- Develop front-end functionality using JavaScript jQuery and CSS.
- Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
