Our core values Easy Clean Service reflect our commitment to making the customer experience seamless providing the cleanest facilities and delivering service that stands a Store Manager you will:Support Store Operations:Collaborate with the Regional Manager to enhance business growth and maximize sales. Follow up on leads (online phone and walk-ins). Provide on-site guidance to staff including assisting tasking and training team Exceptional Customer Service:Engage with customers through phone face-to-face and email interactions ensuring they feel valued and supported while driving strong sales Daily Operations & Administration:Oversee day-to-day operations including collections account management and site administration. Prepare required daily weekly and monthly reports and ensure compliance with company policies and Facility Standards:Open operate and close the site while maintaining a clean safe and secure environment.
