Sr IT Analyst Project Modernization

In this role you will impact the organization by ensuring that our Teamcenter PLM and Siemens Rulestream systems are effectively aligned with business processes leading to improved solution design development and lifecycle management.

You will report directly to our IT Director and youll work out of ourMarkham Canada location on a Hybrid work schedule.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Drive Digital transformation in Project Engineering function for Honeywell Building Solutions (HBS) within Building Automation
• Deploy and drive change management through Siemens Rulestream and Teamcenter PLM systems to ensure they align with business needs and improve design lifecycle processes change management data management (sensitive protected export regulations) workflow management customer deliverables in the project management space
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement IT solutions that enhance operational efficiency data integrity data protection
• Provide expert guidance on PLM/ETO strategies and best practices ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

YOU MUST HAVE

• 8 years of experience in IT analysis particularly with PLM systems and ETO (Engineer to Order) Systems like Rulestream
• 5 years of experience delivering digital process improvement business stakeholder management.
• 5 years of experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams and matrix organizations to implement IT solutions that meet business objectives.
• 5 years of experience managing large complex engineering transformation projects from requirements to execution to adoption

The annual base salary pay range for this position is $100000 - $150000 in Markham ON. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline.
