We are seeking an experienced Quadient Tech Lead with strong expertise in Quadient Inspire and communication migration projects. The ideal candidate will lead technical delivery define migration strategies and provide architectural guidance while ensuring high-quality customer communication solutions.
What youll do
Lead migration initiatives and provide technical direction to the development team
Participate in architecture discussions and define migration strategies and best practices
Design and develop customer communication templates using Quadient Inspire Designer
Build dynamic and scalable communication solutions using Interactive and Scalar components
Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical designs
Optimize maintain and enhance existing Quadient templates and workflows
Ensure solutions comply with branding regulatory and accessibility standards
Troubleshoot and resolve template workflow and output generation issues
Conduct code reviews and mentor junior team members
Partner with QA teams to ensure solution quality performance and successful delivery
What you bring
8 14 years of overall IT experience
Strong hands-on experience with Quadient Inspire Designer
Proven experience leading technical teams and migration projects
Experience defining architecture decisions and migration approaches
Strong understanding of customer communication management (CCM) solutions
Expertise in template design workflow development and document generation
Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
Strong problem-solving communication and stakeholder management skills
Nice to have
Experience with large-scale CCM transformation or modernization programs
Knowledge of regulatory and accessibility requirements for customer communications
Experience working in Banking Insurance Utilities or other highly regulated industries
Exposure to Agile delivery methodologies
