Description:
We are seeking an experienced EBX Specialization QA Lead to lead quality assurance activities for TIBCO EBX Master Data Management (MDM) implementations within the insurance domain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining the QA strategy leading test planning and execution ensuring data quality and application quality and validating that EBX solutions meet business regulatory and technical requirements. This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders architects developers data governance teams and project managers.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Engineering or a related field.
- 812 years of Quality Assurance and software testing experience.
- 35 years of experience testing TIBCO EBX or Enterprise Master Data Management (MDM) solutions.
- Experience testing enterprise data governance and data quality solutions.
- 5 years of experience within the insurance domain.
- Strong understanding of the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Excellent analytical leadership and communication skills.812 years of overall Quality Assurance experience
- 35 years testing TIBCO EBX or Enterprise MDM platforms
- 5 years in the insurance domain
- Proven experience leading QA activities for enterprise-scale MDM and digital transformation initiatives
