MoCap Supervisor

As a MoCap Supervisor at Ubisoft Montreal you will be responsible for the overall management of motion capture studio operations within ALICE at the heart of Ubisoft productions. Acting as both a people leader and an operational anchor you will plan activities coordinate resources and ensure smooth day-to-day production delivery.

You will provide high-quality service to production teams by ensuring studio performance reliable deliverables and strong internal partner satisfaction. You will work closely with technical and R&D teams while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and supporting team development in a collaborative structured environment.

What youll do  

• Plan workloads priorities and work methods with the team.  
• Track and communicate planned versus actual deliverables and manage variances.  
• Oversee daily operations of the MoCap studios and reporting teams.  
• Coach and support a Team Lead to help achieve team objectives.  
• Partner closely with MoCap Technical Direction and R&D leadership to ensure appropriate technical support.  
• Define and maintain service quality standards for studio clients.  
• Support client production workflows on an ongoing basis.  
• Assess and recommend continuous improvements to studio infrastructure including tools and equipment.  
• Promote a collaborative organized and high-performing team environment.
