About the Role
We are looking for a Lead Product Manager to drive the strategy and delivery of AI-powered products data science models and data platforms supporting Supply Chain this role you will own the end-to-end product lifecycle across agent-based automation predictive modeling and analytics solutions. You will partner with Supply Chain Finance and Technology teams to deliver scalable production-ready products that generate measurable operational and financial impact. This role requires a strong ability to translate complex business problems into clear product strategies and drive execution across cross-functional teams.
What Youll Do
Own the product vision roadmap and prioritization for AI-driven supply chain products including data science models and automation solutions
Translate complex operational challenges into product strategies with clear outcomes success metrics and adoption plans
Lead development and delivery of AI agents copilots recommendation engines and automation solutions from concept through production
Manage the lifecycle of data science models ensuring production readiness monitoring and performance optimization
Drive governance and scalability of supply chain data products ensuring data quality accessibility and trust
Partner with cross-functional teams including engineering data science analytics and platform teams to execute product initiatives
Collaborate with business stakeholders to align products with operational goals and deliver measurable outcomes
Own product adoption value realization and continuous improvement of delivered solutions
Other duties may be assigned as needed to meet Company goals.
Minimum Requirements
Degree or equivalent and typically requires 10 years of relevant experience
10 years of product management experience including ownership of AI data analytics or platform products
5 years of experience in supply chain logistics manufacturing or operations environments
Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale products in complex cross-functional environments
Experience managing end-to-end product lifecycle from strategy roadmap and delivery to adoption
Strong experience working with AI/ML-enabled products data science workflows or analytics platforms
Demonstrated ability to influence executive stakeholders and lead through cross-functional collaboration
Preferred Skills
Experience owning products related to automation predictive modeling or real-time analytics
Experience driving digital transformation or modernization initiatives using AI and data
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills including executive-level presentation
