KFC Assistant General Manager

PURPOSE OF POSITION:To effectively manage the operations of a restaurant when on duty. This includes but is not limited to people management customer satisfaction administration and the efficient and profitable operation of the :Willing to work a position on the floor while coaching the team to achieve daily motivate and train team members and provide input to RGM when performance issues positive recognition and corrective coaching when team members provide the highest possible level of customer satisfaction through service and product team members with tasks as needed to ensure complete customer necessary actions to correct customer complaints and escalate any major issues to team members are properly executing current promotions and new products during the team member uniforms and appearances are neat professional clean at all times and meet necessary proper staffing and deployment throughout the shift to match business and maintains correct inventory levels (product & supply) and notifies management when levels are with ordering as the restaurant is ready for peak revenue periods by utilizing appropriate planning and projection in ensuring sales and profit targets are Occupational Safety & Health Act local health and safety codes and corporate safety/security policies and procedures are met and to emergency situations as required and communicate to management immediately. Assist in recruiting and selecting qualified high energy team members using approved tools and with the training of new team with the communication and administration of company proper communication takes place during shift other management duties as assignedPHYSICAL DEMANDS:The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by a SM to successfully perform the essential functions of this position. While performing duties of this job the SM is regularly required to stoop kneel crouch talk and hear. A SM is required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger handle for feel; and reach with hands and arms. A SM is occasionally required to climb or balance and is frequently required to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
