Implementation Capability Lead
Lead teams. Build capability. Create delivery consistency at scale.
This role requires stronger people leadership better operational discipline clearer workforce planning and greater consistency across teams.
As the Implementation Capability Lead youll lead a team of Implementation Consultants across multiple customer engagements partnering closely with Delivery Managers and senior leadership to improve team performance delivery quality and ways of working.
Importantly this is not a heavily hands-on technical role.
Its a leadership role centred around:
- People management
- Coaching and capability uplift
- Delivery consistency
- Workforce planning
- Operational improvement
What youll be doing
Youll:
- Lead mentor and develop a team of Implementation Consultants
- Drive consistency across implementation standards workflows and delivery practices
- Improve delivery quality execution discipline and team performance
- Support utilisation capacity planning and resource coordination across multiple engagements
- Partner closely with Delivery Managers to create aligned and predictable delivery outcomes
- Contribute to strategic improvement initiatives across tooling AI adoption and operational maturity
What were looking for

- SaaS software implementation or consulting environments
- Experience leading implementation consulting or technical delivery teams
- Managing teams across multiple concurrent customer engagements
