We are seeking a Graphic Designer to support our Marketing team in developing high-quality brand-aligned creative assets across a portfolio of healthcare brands. This is a part-time opportunity with flexibility to engage either as an employee or contractor depending on candidate preference and experience.
You will play a critical role in helping elevate our marketing output across six distinct clinic brands ensuring consistency professionalism and strong visual storytelling across patient and partner touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
Design and produce marketing assets across digital and print channels including:
Execute within established brand guidelines while adapting designs for multiple brands and audiences
Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to translate campaign objectives into compelling visuals
Support ongoing content creation needs and rapid turnaround requests
Maintain organized design files and templates for scalability across brands
Contribute to evolving brand standards and visual consistency across the organization
Qualifications
25 years of experience in graphic design (agency or in-house)
Strong portfolio demonstrating:
Multi-brand or multi-client work
Digital-first design capability
Marketing-oriented creative (not just artistic design)
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator Photoshop InDesign); Figma or similar tools is an asset
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and brand consistency
Comfortable working with some ambiguity and evolving requirements
Nice to Have
Experience in healthcare wellness or professional services
Familiarity with performance marketing (conversion-driven creative)
Basic motion graphics or video editing capabilities
