Job Summary

Graphic Designer (Part-Time / Contract) Marketing

About the Role

We are seeking a Graphic Designer to support our Marketing team in developing high-quality brand-aligned creative assets across a portfolio of healthcare brands. This is a part-time opportunity with flexibility to engage either as an employee or contractor depending on candidate preference and experience.

You will play a critical role in helping elevate our marketing output across six distinct clinic brands ensuring consistency professionalism and strong visual storytelling across patient and partner touchpoints.


Key Responsibilities

  • Design and produce marketing assets across digital and print channels including:
  • Social media graphics
  • Website visuals and landing pages
  • Email marketing campaigns
  • Clinic promotional materials (posters brochures signage)
  • Paid advertising creative (Google Meta etc.)
  • Execute within established brand guidelines while adapting designs for multiple brands and audiences
  • Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to translate campaign objectives into compelling visuals
  • Support ongoing content creation needs and rapid turnaround requests
  • Maintain organized design files and templates for scalability across brands
  • Contribute to evolving brand standards and visual consistency across the organization


Qualifications

  • 25 years of experience in graphic design (agency or in-house)
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating:
  • Multi-brand or multi-client work
  • Digital-first design capability
  • Marketing-oriented creative (not just artistic design)
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator Photoshop InDesign); Figma or similar tools is an asset
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and brand consistency
  • Comfortable working with some ambiguity and evolving requirements


Nice to Have

  • Experience in healthcare wellness or professional services
  • Familiarity with performance marketing (conversion-driven creative)
  • Basic motion graphics or video editing capabilities
