About The Opportunity
Key Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day facilities operations across 43 retail corporate and support locations
- Manage the ProLease maintenance ticket lifecycle from intake through to resolution
- Coordinate vendors trades and contractors to ensure timely issue resolution
- Develop and execute preventive maintenance programs for critical building systems
- Source negotiate and manage facilities service contracts with defined SLAs
- Act as escalation point for urgent facilities issues across all locations
- Ensure compliance with health safety and building regulations
- Incorporate sustainability and ESG practices into facilities operations
- Lead design and construction delivery for fit-outs relocations and refresh projects
- Manage CAPEX budgets cost estimates and project financial reporting
- Drive value engineering and cost efficiencies across construction projects
- Ensure projects are delivered on time on budget and to brand standards
- Coordinate with landlords building managers and municipal authorities
- Build and manage preferred vendor and contractor panels
- Conduct vendor performance reviews and manage contract renewals
- Collaborate with Real Estate leadership on portfolio strategy and execution

Experience & Qualifications
- 5 years experience in facilities management construction project management or similar
- Proven experience managing multi-site facilities and vendor relationships
- Hands-on experience delivering construction and fit-out projects end-to-end
- Experience with facilities management systems (ProLease or similar CMMS preferred)
- Knowledge of health safety and building codes (Canada and/or US)
- Retail or multi-site commercial environment experience preferred
- Strong project management and budget management skills
- Vendor and contractor management expertise with SLA accountability
- Working knowledge of building systems (HVAC electrical mechanical fire/life safety)
- Strong communication skills with ability to engage senior stakeholders
- Familiarity with ESG and sustainability principles in facilities operations
- Proficiency in Excel for budget tracking

For this position we anticipate offering an annual salary of $80000 - $90000. Base salary is dependent on relevant factors including experience geographic location and job requirements.
