Should work from customer location (Montreal) from day-1 with 100 WFO

Windows 10 11 Administration

MECM Image management deployment

Expertise with System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) components Operating System Deployment (OSD MDT) Software Distribution Hardware Software Inventories

Experience working with Service Now ITSM tool MS Office

Experience in Remote Support Mobility Antivirus Engineering Services

Experience in Vulnerability management

Experience with managing iOS Windows Android devices in a Global environment

Passionate Self-motivated and driven with keen attention to detail action-and-results oriented

Excellent interpersonal verbal and written communication skills as well as strong logical analytical problem-solving and reporting skills

Able to prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment

Generic Managerial Skills If any
