Job Summary
Sapsol Technologies is lock-in sourcing an experienced PCB/PCBA Supplier Manufacturing & Quality Surveillance Engineer for an immediate 3-month contract supporting a key aerospace project.
Locations: Montreal QC OR Toronto ON (100% Onsite at Supplier Facility)
Contract Type: Contract Only
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee PCBA production execution schedule tracking and capacity bottleneck mitigations.
- Audit and monitor incoming in-process and final quality inspections per IPC and AS9100 standards.
- Lead non-conformance containment non-conformance reporting and 8D / 5-Why root cause investigations.
- Deliver weekly executive reporting action trackers and risk mitigation plans.
Requirements: 5 years PCB/PCBA experience IPC & AS9100 expertise Authorized to work in Canada.
