Key Responsibilities
Youll be hands-on from day one all training is provided inhouse.
You will be:
- Learning how to laminate and vacuum bag carbon fiber and other composite materials for curing in an autoclave
- Working with autoclaves and ovens to cure Composite Materials
- Getting hands-on experience in the building and assembly of composite components and substructures
- Cutting trimming bonding and finishing composite parts to precise specifications
- Gaining knowledge in how to interpret lamination and assembly manuals
- Growing your abilities in helping create master molds and patterns
- Maintaining high standards for quality accuracy and attention to detail
- Collaborating closely with supervisors leads and QA to meet project timelines and quality expectations
- Keeping your work area safe clean and organized
- Participating in continuous improvement activities including Kaizen GEAR and ISO-based processes
What Were Looking For
You dont need to be an expert you just need the right mindset:
- With training you are comfortable using sanders grinders cutters drills gram scales scissors knives and other power tools
- You have a willingness to learn how to read composite manuals and follow detailed instructions
- You are motivated by problem-solving and using hands-on skills
- You have a willingness to learn about composite materials resins and adhesives
- You have the basics around a computer to enter your timesheet
- You are team-oriented dependable and safety-focused
- You are passionate about building cool things especially motorsport-related components
