Job Summary

Position: Cloud Infrastructure Lead Engineer

Location: Montreal Quebec (3 days onsite)

Role Overview As a hands-on Senior Engineer in the End User Content Solutions (EUCS) team you will be deeply involved in design implementation and Level 3 support. You will collaborate with the Product Owner SaaS vendors and internal engineering teams to deliver resilient secure and scalable SaaS integrations and to execute a forward-looking platform roadmap.

Key Responsibilities

Support cloud-based tooling and services including SaaS application onboarding integration solution design tooling development documentation production support and on-call escalation.
Improve platform reliability through automation CI/CD and DevOps practices.
Act as the escalation point for complex production issues and vendor coordination.
Ensure compliance with risk security change management and operational standards.
Participate in an engineering on-call rotation (approximately one week every eight weeks) to support production platforms.

Required Skills

8 years of application development experience and C#.
Deep expertise in enterprise SaaS and cloud platforms including Box Google Workspace Qualtrics and Microsoft 365 with a focus on onboarding lifecycle management and automation.
Strong experience with enterprise authentication and identity integrations including OAuth OIDC and SAML.
Solid understanding of networking fundamentals with hands-on experience in web proxy and load-balancing technologies.
