Detailed Job Description

Strong production support and debugging skills for AWS-hosted applications and infrastructure.

Perform incident management troubleshooting and root cause analysis (RCA).

Strong knowledge of AWS serverless services and observability tools (CloudWatch logs alerts).

Handle deployment change management and release support.

Ensure high availability performance and reliability of applications.

Work with development teams for bug fixes and enhancements.

Experience with AWS CDK GitHub Actions TypeScript or and Docker/Kubernetes.

Key Skills

Hands-on experience with core AWS services and production troubleshooting.

Familiarity with AWS services including Lambda RDS Glue CDK CI/CD (GitHub Actions) ECS EC2 Redshift DynamoDB Cloud Migration Cost Optimization Security SQS and SNS.

Understanding of containerized environments (Docker/Kubernetes).

Exposure to CI/CD concepts along with GitHub Actions.
