We are seeking a dependable and motivated individual to join our hatchery team. Working as part of a team the successful applicant will be part of a work rotation to complete the cleaning and disinfecting of chick boxes assist with inovo egg transfer process (including cleaning and disinfecting rooms and equipment after work is completed.) Key Responsibilities
- Washing boxes and sanitation of box room and box washer
- Assisting with Inovo Egg transfer as required
- Transfer sanitation
- Other duties as assigned
- $21.06 - $22.06 per hour (based on progression)
- All PPE is provided to employees (Boot Reimbursement of $125 after 3 months of service)
- Must be able to work additional hours during statutory holidays and summer vacation
- Must be capable of lifting 30 - 50 lbs. repetitively (overhead lifting required)
- Must be able to work in a wet/humid environment
- Must be able to work in small groups with minimal supervision
- Must be capable of standing for long period
- Able to work in a fast paced and repetitive task environment
