As a Digital Trust & Safety Specialist you will play an important role in reviewing online content and ensuring that digital platforms remain safe respectful and compliant with community guidelines.

What will you do

• Review and moderate user-generated content advertisements and online materials
• Ensure content complies with platform policies and community guidelines
• Identify and remove inappropriate or harmful content when necessary
• Escalate complex or sensitive cases according to internal procedures
• Maintain high levels of accuracy and productivity while meeting quality standards
• Stay up to date with content policies and moderation guidelines
• Contribute to creating a safer and more positive online experience for users worldwide

Candidate profile

• Fluent in Serbian and English
• Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills
• Able to make objective decisions based on established policies
• Comfortable working with repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy
• Emotionally resilient and professional when reviewing sensitive content
• Flexible to work rotational shifts including nights and weekends
• Previous experience is not requiredfull training is provided
