Were recruiting Polish speakers for a Customer Support Specialist role on a Multilingual Services account based in Sofia Bulgaria.
Youll handle customer queries in a multilingual contact centre environment.

Day to day youll handle inbound customer contacts across phone chat and email log details clearly in the internal system and pass on trickier issues to a specialist when required.
Were looking for candidates who communicate confidently in Polish and are comfortable working in English day to day.
Prior customer service experience is a plus but not essential as full training is provided.
