Job Summary
Join a Multilingual Services account in Sofia Bulgaria as a German-speaking Customer Support Specialist.
Youll handle customer queries in a multilingual contact centre environment.
Work model: On-Site.
Compensation: 1636.14 gross.
Multiple start dates available across 02/Nov/26 12/Oct/26 21/Sep/26.
Relocation support is available for candidates moving from abroad.
Hybrid after 4 months for top performers 1000 Euro signing bonus.
In this role youll answer customer questions by phone email and chat keep accurate records of each interaction and escalate more complex cases to the right team when needed.
Were looking for candidates who communicate confidently in German and are comfortable working in English day to day.
Prior customer service experience is a plus but not essential as full training is provided.
