Job Overview

We are seeking a passionate French Speaking Player Support Agent to join a global leader in the Customer Experience (CX) industry in Sofia will collaborate with a dedicated team of gamers to deliver an authentic player-to-player support experience handling inquiries entirely via written channels.

Your Role & Responsibilities

  • Help players resolve account billing or technical issues exclusively via tickets and chat (Email Only).
  • Deliver an exceptional player experience by utilizing a tailored case-by-case and player-oriented approach.
  • Identify and log trending issues in-game bugs or service disruptions reported by the community and escalate them to the appropriate technical teams.
  • Collaborate with an enthusiastic team of gamers to maintain a community-focused support environment.

Your Qualifications

  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in French alongside a good command of English.
  • Player Empathy: Strong player empathy and the unique ability to understand a gamers perspective when troubleshooting their issues.
  • Industry Knowledge: A solid understanding of how Player Support/Customer Care functions.
  • Gaming Background (Advantage): Active gaming experience is highly valued; if you play games and understand player culture community dynamics and the gaming mindset it will be considered a major asset.
  • Core Attributes: A strong desire to help others and actively contribute to the overall success of the support team.

Salary Bonuses & Benefits

  • Base Salary: 1435 Gross per month.
