Responsibilities:

• This is both an inbound and outbound position
• Contact active clients to inform them about the status of their orders delivery updates etc.
• Contact customers ahead of important holidays to make sure they place their orders in time for delivery
• Cross & upselling of additional products when possible
• Offer products on offer with better discounts according to customer preferences
• Handling annulations of appointments with the drivers and reschedule for new dates
• Keeping the database up to date
• Anwser other related queries as required

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills in Dutch and English
• Ability to communicate professionally enthusiastically
• Solution-oriented.
• Quick learner with the capacity to process information efficiently.
• Independent worker who enjoys challenges and maintains focus on customer satisfaction.
• Previous experience in customer service or sales is a definite plus.
