We are seeking dedicated Russian-Speaking Content Moderation Specialists to join our dynamic team in Sofia Bulgaria.

In this role you will analyze score and manage user-published digital submissions to preserve digital safety protect brand integrity and support platform rules. Your day-to-day focus will center on auditing text photos and video posts against set safety guidelines to catch and process non-compliant or inappropriate material effectively.

This opportunity is a full-time office-bound role in Sofia operating on a flexible 24/7 shift pattern. No previous background in content regulation is neededwe offer robust fully paid onboarding and training from your first day.

Key Responsibilities

  • Content Analysis & Scoring: Assess written visual and video media uploaded by users to ensure complete alignment with platform safety guidelines and conditions.
  • Guideline Execution: Fairly mark deny forward or approve flagged digital items using dedicated moderation tools and standard operating steps.
  • Safety & Regulatory Oversight: Spot prohibited uploads including promotional spam deceptive behavior abusive speech intellectual property infringements and sensitive material.
  • Activity Tracking: Maintain detailed records of content decisions and track system issues or trends through our internal reporting management tools.
  • Continuous Skill Building: Participate in regular quality reviews policy refreshers and operational training sessions.

Candidate Requirements

Legal & Work Authorization

  • Work Permit Status: You must possess valid legal authorization to work full-time in Bulgaria at the moment of applying (e.g. EU/EEA citizenship permanent resident status or a valid Bulgarian work permit). Visa sponsorship or work authorization assistance is not provided.

Language Skills

  • Russian: Advanced fluent command (C1/C2 capability) in written and oral Russian to interpret subtle context accurately.
  • English: Strong intermediate fluency (at least B2 standard) to clear technical guidelines policy updates software interfaces and workplace communication.

Location & Working Hours

  • On-Site Requirement: 100% office-based in Sofia. Remote or hybrid arrangements are strictly not supported.
  • Shift Readiness: Flexibility to work a 24/7 rotating schedule covering 5 days a week 8 hours a day (standard 40-hour workweek). Schedules rotate across morning afternoon night and weekend shifts.

Skills & Background

  • Familiarity with social media platforms online multimedia formats and web tools.
  • Capacity to remain balanced objective and resilient when handling sensitive or challenging media.
  • Strong communication skills with an adaptable attitude in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior background in content filtering customer assistance or helpdesk operations is welcome but not required.

Compensation & Employee Benefits

  • Base Salary: 1350 Gross monthly.
  • Shift Premiums: Extra pay rates for night hours weekend schedules and official holiday shifts according to Bulgarian labor standards.
