Your responsibilities:
Process back office gaming support requests accurately and efficiently
Review accounts transactions and in-game activity for compliance
Liaise with front-line teams to resolve escalated player issues
Maintain detailed records and produce activity reports
Uphold platform integrity through consistent policy application
What we are looking for:
German: C1/C2 level (native or near-native)
English: working proficiency
Passion for gaming or solid understanding of online gaming environments
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organisational skills
Available to work on-site in Sofia
