What your day will look like

As a Functional Analystyoullplay a key role in bridging business needs and technology solutions. Your role will combine strategic thinking structuredanalysisand collaborative delivery:

• Translate business needs into clear actionable functional requirements

• Analyseend-to-end processesidentifyimprovement opportunities and propose scalable solutions

• Facilitate engaging workshopsinterviewsand design sessions with diverse stakeholders

• Challenge assumptions and help shape future-ready ways of working

• Collaborate closely with architects developerstestersand project managers to ensure high-quality delivery

• Contribute to digital transformation initiativesleveragingdata flowssystemsand emerging technologies

• Support the full lifecycle of solutions from concept to implementation and continuous improvement
