Key responsabilities

• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams to ensure technology solutions meet business goals.

• Performthe end-to-end analysis of business processesidentifyinginefficienciesandimprovementopportunities.

• Facilitateworkshops interviews and design sessions with cross-functional teams to gather insights challengeassumptionsandvalidatesolutions.

• Collaborate closely with architects project managers developers and testers to ensure solutions arefeasible scalable and aligned with enterprise architecture.

Who you are

• You are a proactive problem-solver who thrives on turning complex challenges into actionable solutions.

• You are apragmatic and flexible thinker who can easily shift between topics and priorities adapting quickly to evolving needs.

• You have a strong analytical mindset and can translate business needs into clear IT requirements.

• You have a solid understanding of IT systems data flows and solution architecture principles.

• You arecomfortable engaging with stakeholders atdifferent levels communicating clearly and effectively.

• You are adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

• You balance attention to detailwithunderstanding the bigger picture.

• You havemore than5 years of experience in a similar role ideally within a complex IT or digital transformation environment.

• You are fluent in English and proficient in Dutch and/or French.
