We are seeking an experienced Corporate Action Tax Analyst with deep expertise in tax processing across European markets. The ideal candidate will have handson experience managing withholding tax (WHT) tax relief at source tax reclaims and double tax treaty benefits. You will ensure accurate tax treatment for a wide range of corporate action events while maintaining compliance with regulatory and custody standards.

This role requires strong analytical skills domain knowledge in corporate actions and the ability to work within international account services and test management environments.

• Process and validate tax events related to corporate actions including WHT tax relief at source tax reclaims and treatybased benefits.
• Ensure accurate tax implications for dividends rights issues mergers spinoffs buybacks and other corporate action events.
• Maintain compliance with European market regulations custody standards and tax governance frameworks.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support tax calculations reporting and exception handling.
• Review and test taxrelated system changes as part of test management activities.
• Provide subjectmatter expertise on corporate action tax rules and market practices.
• Support international account services teams with taxrelated queries and escalations.
• Maintain highquality documentation and ensure auditready tax processing workflows.

• 810 years of experience in corporate action tax processing.
• Strong knowledge of:
