Test Analyst
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Test Analyst to ensure the quality of software applications within an Agile/Scrum environment. The role involves designing and executing test strategies supporting acceptance testing and contributing to test automation.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop test strategies scenarios and test cases based on functional requirements.
- Prepare test data and perform functional and non-functional testing.
- Execute regression end-to-end and acceptance testing.
- Support and guide users during acceptance testing.
- Develop and maintain automated tests and document automation procedures.
- Analyze and report test results and follow up on defects with developers and business analysts.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Test Analyst.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum environments.
- Knowledge of API testing (REST/SOAP) and non-functional testing.
- Experience with SQL XML and JSON.
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps Postman SoapUI/ReadyAPI or similar tools.
- ISTQB/TMap or another testing certification is an advantage.
- Experience with Playwright or similar automation tools is a plus.
- Native Dutch and active knowledge of French.
- Strong communication analytical organizational and teamwork skills.
Practical Information
- Location: Brussels Belgium
- Work Model: Hybrid 2 days onsite and 3 days remote per week
- Workload: Full-time Monday to Friday.
