About the Opportunity

The Warehouse Supervisor is a full-time permanent opportunity based at our Darwin Warehouse offering a hands-on leadership role within a fast-paced logistics environment. You will oversee daily warehouse operations lead a team and drive efficiency across inbound and outbound processes while maintaining high standards of safety and quality. Working closely with the broader Logistics Operations team youll play a key role in continuous improvement change initiatives and building a strong team culture. The ideal working hours are 8:00am to 4:30pm providing consistency while supporting operational needs.

In this Role

• Supervising warehouse staff and daily activities.
• Managing evaluating and reporting on warehouse productivity.
• Manage Inventory do Cycle counts and investigate discrepancy and manage claims
• Tracking and coordinating the receipt storage and timely delivery of goods and materials.
• Ordering supplies and maintaining suitable inventory levels.
• Ensuring basic maintenance standards and compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Performing a daily inspection of the warehouse grounds.
• Coordinating and maintaining fleets and equipment.

Youre Likely a Match If

• Warehouse Supervisory Experience
• Experience in leading teams
• Use of Continuous Improvement tools and methods
• Intermediate Microsoft Office Word Excel & Outlook
• Knowledge of EEO OH&S and HACCP Regulations
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Extensive knowledge of OH&S practices
