About the Role

Were looking for a hands-on Restaurant Coordinator to lead the day to day operations of the Summerland Farm restaurant.

This is a key leadership role responsible for running a busy venue coordinating front of house and kitchen teams delivering a strong customer experience and driving commercial performance.

Youll be part of a unique environment that combines hospitality tourism events and farming with real opportunity to grow the restaurant as a destination dining experience.

What Youll Be Doing

• Leading daily restaurant operations across front of house and kitchen.
• Coordinating service to ensure a high quality customer experience.
• Managing rosters labour KPIs and workflow to meet demand.
• Working with the Head Chef on menus stock and cost control.
• Supporting functions weddings and tourism trade.
• Monitoring performance including revenue labour and costs.
• Engaging with customers and building repeat business.
• Coaching and developing team members.
• Maintaining food safety hygiene and workplace safety standards.
• Identifying opportunities to improve service efficiency and revenue.

About You

• Experience in a restaurant cafe or hospitality leadership role.
• Strong understanding of service kitchen coordination and operations.
• Confident managing a team in high volume service environments.
• Good commercial awareness you understand labour cost and performance.
• Strong communication and customer engagement skills.
• Practical hands on leader who leads from the floor.
• Experience with functions or events (desirable).
