Job Summary
Trade Electrical is seeking a reliable and experienced Warehouse / Internal Sales Support team member to assist with day-to-day operations across the warehouse customer service deliveries quoting and order processing.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone with previous electrical wholesaler experience who understands the pace of a trade counter and warehouse environment.
About the Role
You will assist with a variety of daily tasks including:
- Processing customer orders
- Preparing quotes
- Picking and packing stock
- Receiving and putting away deliveries
- Organising and maintaining warehouse stock
- Assisting with local deliveries when required
- Supporting trade counter phone and email enquiries
- Liaising with customers and suppliers
- Working closely with the Procurement Manager to ensure stock orders and customer requirements are handled efficiently
- Supporting streamlined day-to-day operations across sales procurement and warehouse functions
Hours
We are ideally looking for someone available Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm however there may be some flexibility with hours for the right person.
About You
The successful applicant will have:
- Previous experience working in an electrical wholesaler or similar trade supply environment
- Good product knowledge across electrical materials and components
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
- A current drivers licence
- Forklift licence preferred but not essential
- A positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed
