What Youll Be Working On

This role gives you full ownership of the Perth venues operations. Youll manage day-to-day delivery while also supporting team development and venue management. Its a highly collaborative position where communication emotional intelligence and the ability to bring people together are this role you will:

• Oversee all aspects of daily venue operations to ensure high standards
• Develop and coach staff to deliver exceptional experiences consistently
• Manage supplier relationships rostering and cost-effective procurement
• Collaborate with internal teams to support seamless event logistics including exams
• Maintain WHS compliance and ensure the venue reflects Cliftons brand and service expectations
• Coordinate affiliate events and ensure consistent service delivery across locations

What Youll Bring

• Proven experience managing hospitality or event venues
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to foster a supportive high-performing culture
