As the strategicarchitect of our major pursuits this is a unique end-to-end role:you will lead high-value tenders across major infrastructure projects. Withover 40 years of delivery success across roads rail renewables and more thisis a great opportunity to join the business and play a key role in the strategicfuture direction.

What youll do

• Take full accountability for the bid lifecycle driving win themes technical solutioning and commercial strategy.
• Collaborate with the Pre-Contracts team to develop innovative site-ready delivery models for complex major infrastructure projects.
• Act as the primary face of the bid managing feedback and building trusted long-term relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Ensure a seamless handover (or transition) to the delivery phase ensuring contractual obligations are technically and commercially viable.

What youll bring

• Bachelors degree in civil engineering or related with postgraduate qualifications in project management or business viewed favourably
• Expert knowledge of D&C and Alliance contracting models applying a strategic lens to risk quantification and opportunity due diligence to secure and protect project margins from the outset.
• Executive leadership underpinned by extensive on-site experience with the ability to architect winning technical and commercial solutions that provide a distinct competitive advantage in the market.
• A history of successful D&C bid and project delivery demonstrating the ability to lead high-value pursuits that transition into profitable high-quality site operations.
• Capability to forge trusted long-term strategic partnerships with clients and lead cross-functional teams toward unified commercial objectives.
• A strong technical engineering insight and sharp commercial acumen ensuring that bids are technically sound and commercially optimised for maximum return on investment.
