About The Role
Join our Value Team within Customer Growth where youll help shape how we deliver value to our customers and grow the business. As a Value Analyst youll play a key role in designing analysing and optimising our Customer Generosity Program.
Youll work across the full lifecycle of initiatives from building experiments to evaluating performance and turning insights into action. This is a highly collaborative role where youll partner closely with Data Science Product Marketing and Commercial teams to deliver the right generosity to the right customer at the right time.
This is a great opportunity for someone who loves solving complex problems working with data and influencing decisions through clear compelling insights.
Responsibilities Include:
- Deliver analysis to guide investment decisions and customer strategy
- Design execute and evaluate experiments end-to-end
- Analyse campaign performance and generate actionable insights
- Create dashboards and data stories to communicate key findings
- Support model validation and customer segmentation analysis
- Partner cross-functionally to deliver customer generosity initiatives
Youre a naturally curious and proactive problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You enjoy working with data to uncover insights and arent afraid of ambiguity in fact you lean into it. You know how to communicate complex ideas clearly and love partnering with others to bring ideas to life. You take ownership of your work stay adaptable when priorities shift and bring a collaborative positive energy to the team.
While we are big on development and offer on the job training we want to set you up for success.
What You Will Bring
- Strong SQL skills and experience working with large datasets
- Experience with Power BI Tableau or similar tools
- Ability to turn data into clear insights and compelling stories
- Experience with data models (predictive or ML exposure is a bonus)
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate clearly and influence stakeholders
