What would I be doing each day
Were seeking someone with knowledge of the disability sector to be the key contact for supporting all activities related to Supporting Independent Living (SIL) referrals filling vacancies and attracting new participants.
This would include:
Managing enquiries for SIL vacancies and provide expertise related to SIL Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) and other home and living arrangements to enquirers and other stakeholders.
Working with organisational leaders and oversee the activities related to SIL changes.
Work closely with our Business Insights team to ensure sustainability and longevity of SIL arrangements.
Provide to the organisation regular status reporting on SIL vacancies.

What youll need
Relevant knowledge and experience in the operations of shared living in the disability sector and expertise in the processes relating to Supported Independent Living (SIL) and Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA).
Experience engaging and negotiating with a range of stakeholders including participants and families support coordinators managers and direct support teams.
Ability to resolve high level issues.
A passion for people and a focus on great customer service.
A commitment to working together to deliver great outcomes.
Great listening and respectful communication skills.
