Senior Software Engineer

What you get to do in this role

• Design and develop scalable reliable and maintainable software across the stack.
• Partner with product managers to translate requirements into well-architected solutions and own features end-to-end.
• Build intuitive extensible experiences using modern UI frameworks such as React Angular or Vue.
• Design and deliver new products and features while enhancing existing capabilities.
• Embed automated testing and quality practices across functional integration regression and performance testing.
• Participate in design and code reviews championing engineering best practices performance and maintainability.
• Troubleshoot complex systems optimise performance and strengthen reliability observability and production readiness.
• Share knowledge and best practices to foster a culture of engineering excellence and continuous improvement.

Qualifications :

To be successful in this role you have:

• Experience in leveraging critical thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes decision-making or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools automating workflows analyzing AI-driven insights or exploring AIs potential impact on the function or industry.
• 6 years of software engineering experience delivering high-quality products.
• Proficiency in JavaScript Python Java or similar object-oriented languages.
• Experience with modern front-end frameworks such as React Angular or Vue.
• Strong foundations in data structures algorithms object-oriented design and design patterns.
• Experience with automated testing and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience using AI-powered tools or workflows including validating datasets model outputs or inference consistency.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to optimise performance across the stack.
• Familiarity with modern development tools including IDEs debuggers profilers source control and Unix-based systems.
• A demonstrated ability to apply critical thinking when using AI to improve workflows decision-making and problem-solving.

NOTE
