About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Architect / Lead Developer to drive the design development and delivery of enterprise-scale applications in a modern cloud-native environment. This is a hands-on technical leadership role requiring strong architecture development and stakeholder engagement capabilities.

• Figma Wireframing and UI/UX Concepts
• AI Development Tools (Claude Code Codex or similar)

Required Experience

• 10 years of software development and solution architecture experience.
• Strong hands-on development experience using C# technologies.
• Experience building microservices-based and event-driven applications.
• Expertise in containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems messaging platforms and scalable application design.
• Excellent communication presentation and stakeholder management skills

Key Responsibilities

• Design scalable secure and high-performing enterprise solutions.
• Lead architecture discussions design reviews and technical governance activities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define functional and non-functional requirements.
• Produce detailed technical documentation including architecture diagrams sequence diagrams and data flows.
• Drive development activities code quality testing and deployment standards.
• Lead Agile planning estimation and delivery activities.
• Resolve technical challenges and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Present technical solutions and project progress to stakeholders.

• Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science Software Engineering IT or related field.
• Experience working in large enterprise or mining technology environments is highly regarded.
