The Opportunity
As the Senior Manager Operations Analytics and Business Improvement you will be the driving force behind the operational analytical and continuous improvement engine of the Talent Reward and Mobility (TRM) Centre of Expertise. Youll lead the teams and frameworks that keep our workforce and talent services running smoothly efficiently and with a strong dataled foundation.
In this role youll shape enterprise workforce analytics oversee multifunctional operational teams and drive major process systems and service improvements. Youll partner closely with COE leaders HR Business Partners Digital and Technology teams and key vendors to deliver a modern integrated and highperforming function.
Reporting to the Senior Director Talent Reward and Mobility youll lead a team of 13 staff and play a central role in strengthening service quality operational maturity and insightdriven decisionmaking across the University.
About You
Youre an experienced operational leader who thrives in complex environments and knows how to bring clarity structure and momentum to largescale HR functions. You combine strong analytical capability with the confidence to lead highperforming teams and influence senior stakeholders. Youre skilled in simplifying and standardising processes leveraging technology to improve service outcomes and driving continuous improvement across diverse operational areas.
Your commercial acumen and experience managing vendor relationships enable you to deliver value and strengthen service performance. With relevant qualifications and equivalent seniorlevel experience in a large organisation you bring the judgement credibility and strategic mindset needed to shape a modern dataled and serviceoriented HR operating model.
