Whats the role
The Non-Financial Risk (NFR) Reporting team partners with subject matter expertsto generate data-driven insights froma broad range of data sources includingKey Risk Indicatorsand elevateskey messagesfrom risk class owner delegatesthrough excellent presentation and visualisation skills.
As aSeniorManager you will partner with subject matter experts to distil complex data into clear actionableinsights(trends themes and patterns)supported by strong presentation and visualisation skills.
Youll proactively engage with internal partners to plan manage and report on a schedule of deliverables ensuring alignment with business priorities. Additionally youll collaborate closely with the NFR Systems team to identify opportunities and develop innovative reporting solutions that enhance our risk management capabilities.
This is a permanent full-time role based in Sydney or Adelaide with flexible working arrangements available.
What do I need
- A strongunderstanding of risk concepts frameworks policies and procedures
- Substantial demonstrated experience in preparing Management Information to support decision making and focus attention on key insights
- Demonstrated experience using data visualisation tools such as Power BI and Tableau to enable continuous monitoring
- Creativeproblem-solving skills to connect the dots anddevelopimpactfulreporting solutions
- Proven ability to build strong relationships and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders and subject matter experts
