Senior Manager, Internal Communication

The role

• Full Time Fixed Term (until February 2027)
• Level 9 - $132740 to $140258 pa (plus 17% superannuation)
• Appointment to be made to current location

As Senior Manager Internal Communication you will lead the development and delivery of strategic staff focused communications that align with the Universitys overarching strategy and strengthen engagement across the organisation. You will partner with the senior stakeholders to drive internal campaigns executive communications and change focused messaging that help staff understand the Universitys direction and the broader Higher Education environment. Additionally you will contribute to integrated multichannel initiatives across the wider Communications and Government Relations team.

• Strategic communicator with a track record of delivering communication strategies in complex multistakeholder environments
• Skilled writer / editorexperienced in creating clear compelling content across multiple formats
• Highly organised with ability tomanage competing priorities and deliver polished work within time restraints
• Strong digital literacy paired with a drive to explore emerging technologies
• Demonstrated high level interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills
