Whats the role
Youll step into a rare opportunity to join our Victorian Business Broker team as a Senior Business Development Manager based in Melbourne Naarm Wurundjeri Country. This is a full-time role where youll manage a portfolio of commercial brokers across Melbourne CBD and the outer South East.
Youll be out in market building meaningful relationships with brokers supporting their success and helping grow our presence through the channel. Youll use your commercial lending expertise to guide conversations connect brokers with the right solutions and represent Westpacs value with confidence.
Youll enjoy variety across SME Commercial and Property segments and be part of a team focused on growth collaboration and delivering great experiences.
What do I need
Experience in commercial or SME lending
Strong ability to build and maintain trusted relationships
Confidence managing a varied and fast moving portfolio
A proactive approach to business development
Strong communication and influencing skills
Youll enjoy variety across SME Commercial and Property segments and be part of a team focused on growth collaboration and delivering great experiences.
