Our Business & Tax Advisory team is shaping the future of tax and were looking for experienced Tax professionals to come and grow with us.

Your Opportunity

As an Adviser you will work as part of a collaborative team to deliver tax compliance and business advisory services to a diverse range of clients. You will build your technical capabilities across tax and accounting matters while developing strong client service and relationship management skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare financial statements and income tax returns for companies trusts partnerships and individuals.
  • Prepare and review Business Activity Statements (BAS) and other compliance obligations.
  • Support tax compliance and advisory engagements across a range of Australian taxation matters.
  • Assist with Division 7A calculations and trust distribution requirements.
  • Conduct tax research and prepare client advice on various tax issues.
  • Work with clients and internal stakeholders to gather information and resolve queries.
  • Assist with entity structuring tax planning and business advisory engagements.
  • Stay current with Australian tax legislation and regulatory developments.

Your Experience

To be successful you will bring:

  • Experience within Australian Business Advisory Business Services or Tax.
  • Exposure to preparing financial statements income tax returns and BAS.
  • Foundational knowledge of Australian tax legislation and compliance requirements.
  • Experience working with a range of entity structures including companies trusts and partnerships is desirable.
  • Exposure to Division 7A trust distributions and various entity structures.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A proactive attitude and desire to continue developing your technical expertise.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Full working rights in Australia.

Qualifications :

  • Currently studying towards a CA CPA or equivalent professional qualification.
  • Bachelors degree in accounting Commerce Business Finance or a related discipline.
