- ACT Government Winyu House Gungahlin (Flexible WFH/Onsite arrangement to be negotiated).
The Change Manager will play a key role in a major transformation program focused on delivering the ACT Governments Payroll Capability and HR Management Program. The role will lead change management activities across the full change lifecycle working closely with business stakeholders and program teams to understand change impacts support process improvements drive change readiness and adoption and ensure successful delivery of program outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver change management strategies and plans across the full lifecycle of change including communication enablement change readiness benefits measurement and continuous improvement
- Engage with business stakeholders to understand change impacts identify gaps in business processes and standard operating procedures and support the development and implementation of improved processes.
- Collaborate with program and project teams to deliver change activities aligned with program timelines while identifying and managing change risks issues and organisational readiness.
Selection Criteria:
- Proven experience managing organisational change within complex environments with the ability to identify change impacts and support successful adoption of new processes and ways of working.
- Strong communication negotiation stakeholder engagement and influencing skills with the ability to build effective relationships and navigate complex organisational structures.
- Understanding of MSP principles and methodologies and/or benefits management with the ability to manage multiple priorities work through ambiguity and deliver agreed outcomes
